– Please ensure your contact information and address is correct at checkout – we will not be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information.
Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on lash products, tools or accessories unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@loweslashes.co.uk or DM us on Instagram @lowes.lashes with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returning your Item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card provider, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
